Shipping Policy
Many of our items are created according to customer demands and are, therefore, customised, meaning our stocks must also be ordered as per enquires leading to delivery times of up to 3 months. Delivery times also vary greatly from one country to another due to factors such as ease of delivery routes or volume of deliveries at peak times, so please contact us if you require your order urgently. Please be aware that when your order arrives in your country, you may be liable for customs and import charges. If you are unsure of how much these might amount to, we recommend that you contact your local revenue and customs department for advice. These charges are outwith our control.
Return & Refund Policy
For all Ready to Wear items, we offer a 14 day return from the day of receipt, however, we do not pay for shipping of returns. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds if the products are found to have been soiled or bear signs of wear and tear. Should a product be damaged on receipt we require pictures of the damage to be emailed immediately for review.
We would like to make our customers aware that all our custom made garments are made to order and, therefore, exempt from our 14 day refund policy. For custom made products we offer our customers a 48 hour cooling off period post order, so if you change your mind please contact us within this time frame to discuss your order. Otherwise the full price will be liable and the item ordered will then be manufactures and delivered.
